Terms & Conditions — BetFury Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and BetFury ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operating the online gambling platform accessible at betfury.casa. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with BetFury, including account registration, use of betting and gaming services, financial transactions, bonus participation, and all other interactions with the platform.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the BetFury platform, you unconditionally agree to the terms set out in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from registering an account.

BetFury reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revised version constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active account on BetFury, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership. BetFury strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Sole Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the BetFury platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be classified as a problem gambler, voluntarily self-excluded from gambling, or prohibited from gambling by any court order, regulatory ruling, or applicable law.
• Not a BetFury Employee: Current employees of BetFury and their immediate family members are ineligible to register player accounts or participate in any promotions.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

To register a BetFury account, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must also create a secure password for your account. BetFury recommends using a unique password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Upon registration, BetFury will initiate the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian IC or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BetFury shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify BetFury immediately.

By accessing and using the BetFury platform, you agree to use the services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operations or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the services.

BetFury grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform, its content, or any intellectual property contained therein.

The following constitutes acceptable use of the BetFury platform:

• Placing bets and wagers on available sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and international competitions.
• Playing casino games, live dealer games, slots, and other available gaming products.
• Managing deposits and withdrawals through supported Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online.
• Participating in bonuses and promotions that you are eligible for under their individual terms.
• Contacting customer support for assistance with platform-related queries.

BetFury reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access without prior notice where it determines, at its sole discretion, that continued access is contrary to this Agreement, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform.

BetFury supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC, ETH, and USDT are also accepted.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallets and FPX transactions. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent applies as specified on the deposit page.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are generally credited instantly to your BetFury account balance.
• FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes subject to banking system availability.
• BetFury does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. BetFury does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours for verified members. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and tier status.
• BetFury reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to releasing withdrawal amounts it considers unusually large or inconsistent with normal account activity.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

BetFury offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement by reference.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after fulfilling applicable wagering requirements become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are specified on a per-bonus basis and typically range from 10x to 20x the bonus amount, or as otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.
• BetFury reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a member who is suspected of abusing the promotion system, including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedge bets to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Members may only hold one active welcome bonus at any given time. Claiming multiple concurrent welcome bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonuses have a validity period specified in their individual terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• BetFury reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the BetFury sportsbook and all rounds played on BetFury casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product and market, as displayed within the platform at the time of play. In the event of any inconsistency between product-level rules and this Agreement, the more specific product rule shall prevail for that product.

• Sportsbook: All bets are accepted at the displayed odds at the time the bet is confirmed. BetFury reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Final scores and outcomes are determined by official governing body results.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Delays in internet connectivity are the player's responsibility. BetFury is not liable for failed in-play bets due to network issues on the player's end.
• Casino Games: All slot, table, and live dealer game outcomes are governed by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or live dealer dealing procedures as appropriate. Published RTPs are indicative long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum Winnings: BetFury may apply maximum win caps on certain games or markets as specified within individual game or betting rules. Wins exceeding applicable caps will be paid at the cap amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BetFury platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect information.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including poker, live casino games, and sports betting pools.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for financial gain. Members who discover such errors must report them to support immediately.
• Using the platform to launder funds or process payments that are the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with financial institutions in bad faith.
• Impersonating BetFury staff, other members, or any third party in communications with the platform or its members.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law without appropriate legal authorisation.

BetFury reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies against members found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including reporting relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

All content on the BetFury platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data compilations, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of BetFury or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view and use the platform content solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any BetFury content without the express prior written consent of BetFury.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as transferring any intellectual property right from BetFury to any member. Any unauthorised use of BetFury intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetFury, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or personal loss.

BetFury does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While BetFury takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, temporary outages or maintenance periods may occur and BetFury accepts no liability for gambling decisions made in reliance on any inaccurate information displayed during such periods.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. BetFury provides the platform as a venue for entertainment. Players are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made on the platform. BetFury accepts no responsibility for losses incurred in the normal course of gambling activity.

BetFury reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Upon request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, BetFury will freeze the account balance. If the investigation concludes in the member's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance made accessible. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account, including for responsible gambling reasons, may do so by contacting BetFury support. Voluntary self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and irreversibly for the requested duration.

BetFury is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. BetFury strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement and provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session time reminders that alert them when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months during which the account is inaccessible for gambling purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may permanently self-exclude from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. BetFury will not market to self-excluded members.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during play sessions to remind members of elapsed time and net win/loss position.

This Agreement and all matters arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BetFury holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit or affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country or state of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or the use of the BetFury platform, both parties shall initially attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved within 30 days of written notice, either party may seek resolution through the dispute mechanisms available under the applicable regulatory framework.

BetFury operates in multiple international markets. Regardless of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of BetFury complies with all laws applicable in your place of residence or access.

BetFury reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetFury will use reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date at the top of this document will be updated each time a revision is published. Your continued use of the BetFury platform following the publication of a revised Agreement constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure.
